Order and Refund policy

Before purchasing any product from the Tidy Store, please read all the products’ details and specifications which include dimensions, weight and material and make sure that it meets
your needs.

The customs in each country might impose taxes on the products received. It is hard to determine these taxes as they differ from one country to another. Therefore, The Tidy store is not responsible for these taxes and the client should be responsible for paying the custom’s tax to the delivery company.

Customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 24 hours from the date of payment. Otherwise, cancellation or refund will not be applied.

Damaged products policy:

If any item arrived damaged to the client, the Tidy Store will make
sure to refund or exchange the order given the damage was caused during the delivery process.

Payment methods:

All customers must complete the online payment process so the Tidy Store can process the order.

An exception applies to our customers in Lebanon where the clients can pay cash on delivery.
